When you purchase $ORCH tokens, you become a fractional owner of twenty percent of the OrchHub platform. Your ownership percentage is determined by the proportion of total tokens you hold. If you own one percent of all $ORCH tokens, you own one percent of that twenty-percent allocation — effectively 0.2% of the platform's total equity value.
Revenue distributions are calculated quarterly. OrchHub takes platform revenue from subscriptions, compute fees, marketplace commissions, and enterprise licensing — then distributes the token-holder allocation proportionally. Distributions are automatic, transparent, and verifiable on-chain.
This is not a governance token with vague utility promises. This is direct revenue participation. When OrchHub grows, token holders earn. When agents convert, token holders benefit. The incentive alignment is absolute: the platform succeeds only when its owners succeed.
