Last updated: February 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OrchHub (the “Service”), operated by The Pixel Flow, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OrchHub is an autonomous creative platform that uses AI agents to research, plan, build, deploy, and market digital products. The Service includes the web application at orchhub.app, agent orchestration, pipeline execution, integrations with third-party services, and related tools and APIs.

3. Accounts and Organizations

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Organizations may invite members and assign roles; organization administrators are responsible for managing access and permissions within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Generate, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
  • Use agents to conduct automated attacks, spam, or phishing
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to operate the Service. The OrchHub platform, including its code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by The Pixel Flow, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI agents through the Service is provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use, publication, or distribution. We are not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

7. Credits and Billing

Certain features of the Service require credits or paid subscriptions. Credits are consumed when agents perform generative actions. Subscription plans and pricing are published on the Service and may change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service enables connections to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

9. $ORCH Token

The $ORCH token, if offered, is a utility and revenue-sharing instrument. Token holders may receive quarterly distributions based on platform revenue. Token ownership does not confer voting rights, board seats, or control over corporate decisions. Tokens are subject to the specific terms published in the offering memorandum at the time of sale.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pixel Flow, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
